Mobile Proxies US Refund Policy

Revision 2026-11-08. This policy forms part of the Terms of Service. It answers one question in several cases: a plan has been paid for and will not be used to the end, so what comes back and how. The default return is a prorated credit to the account balance. During a day, week or month plan's opening 24 hours the money can instead travel back to the method used to pay. Hourly plans are the exception: once running, no refund. A member of staff, not an automated rule, handles each request at [email protected] or via @mobileproxiesus_bot.

The formula

Credit = plan price divided by plan length, multiplied by the whole units remaining at cancellation. The unit is the day for daily, weekly and monthly plans and the hour for hourly plans. Examples: a monthly 5G plan at $77 cancelled with ten whole days left returns ten thirtieths of $77 to the balance; a weekly 4G plan at $29 cancelled with three whole days left returns three sevenths of $29. Partial units do not count. A one-day plan therefore returns nothing once its day has started, except under the opening-window rule below.

The opening window: 24 hours

A day, week or month plan cancelled less than 24 hours after activation is refunded at its full price. You pick the form: credit on the balance, applied at once, or a refund to the method used to pay. Cards and PayPal: sent inside three business days. Crypto: inside one business day, to the originating wallet. Zelle and wire: back to the sending account, up to five business days. The dashboard and the API both show the activation timestamp, which is when credentials started working.

Later cancellations

Once the opening window has passed, the return is balance credit under the formula. Balance has no expiry and pays for any plan, add-on or resold product in the dashboard or the bot. Credit becomes a refund to the original method only in the cases this policy names, or when we stop serving a metro or shut the service down; then the unused time goes back to the original method in full, should you prefer that over credit.

Downtime we caused

When a line is unusable because of our hardware, software or network, each hour of the fault is credited as extra plan time or, at your choice, to the balance at the plan's rate. Our monitoring record and your report together establish the duration; if monitoring shows it you need not prove it. Outside this clause: carrier outages, weak radio conditions, blocks or restrictions imposed by third-party websites or platforms, and faults in your own connection or software. Support still helps with these and relocates the line to a different metro for free when that resolves the issue.

Renewals you did not intend

Report an unintended automatic renewal inside 24 hours. If the line has sat idle since renewing, the whole renewal is returned, to balance or to the original method as you prefer. If the line was used after renewing, the renewal counts as an ordinary plan and is prorated from your cancellation. Automatic renewal is a per-line switch in the dashboard and can be turned off whenever you like.

Exclusions

Not refunded: hourly plans once running; plans we ended under clause 7 or clause 9 of the Terms; time lost to a third-party site or platform blocking or limiting an address or an account; slowing under the fair-use rule; elapsed periods of the 5G+ add-on; refunds to a payment method of balance that arrived as referral earnings or as goodwill. Provider or bank fees on an outgoing refund come off the returned sum.

Procedure

Using the account's email address, write to [email protected], or message @mobileproxiesus_bot from the linked Telegram account. Give the licence uuid (dashboard or API) and say whether you want credit or, where eligible, a refund to the original method. Credit lands on the balance in a few hours; refunds to a method follow the timeframes above. To contest a decision, reply in the same thread and ask for escalation; another staff member reviews it and answers inside two business days.

Questions

Can I get money back after the first day?

Unused whole days come back as balance credit under the formula. Money returns to the original method only inside the opening 24 hours, or if we stop serving your metro.

Is a platform block grounds for a refund?

No. What third-party sites do with an address is outside our control. Rotate, move the line to another metro for free, or try another carrier.

What if the line was down for hours?

If our systems caused it, each hour is credited as extra time or balance at the plan's rate. Carrier and radio problems are not credited.

How do I cancel a renewal before it happens?

Switch auto-renewal off on the line's page in the dashboard. The plan then ends at its term and nothing further is charged.
