Mobile Proxies US Terms of Service

Revision 2026-11-08. This document governs the use of mobileproxiesus.com, the dashboard at cp.mobileproxiesus.com, the account API, the Telegram bot and every line sold through them. It is written as a reference: each clause states one rule. By opening an account or using a line you accept these terms together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, which form part of them. Questions go to [email protected].

1. Parties and scope

The provider is Mobile Proxies US, referred to below as we or us. The customer is the person or legal entity that holds the account, referred to as you. These terms cover the website, the dashboard, the API, the bot, support channels and every line, add-on and resold product purchased through the account. Where a resold product (static ISP addresses, residential or mobile pool data) has its own stated rules on its product page, those rules apply to it in addition.

2. Definition of a line

A line is one SIM card from AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon, installed in one device we own and operate (a 4G or 5G USB modem, a cellular router or an Android phone, chosen at checkout), located in one of our US metros, assigned exclusively to one account for the duration of a plan. A line exposes an HTTP(S) endpoint, a SOCKS5 endpoint, a VLESS endpoint, a username and password, a rotation link and an entry in the account API. No line is shared between accounts and no pool is sold under the name of a line.

The exit IP address of a line is assigned by the carrier and shared, through the carrier's network address translation, with other subscribers of that carrier. We do not control which address the carrier assigns, how long it persists, or how third parties geolocate or score it.

3. Account, API key and credentials

One account per person or entity, with a working email address. You are responsible for every action taken with your login, your API key, your rotation links and your proxy credentials, whether or not you authorised it. Keep them secret and tell support the moment you suspect exposure. The API key is account-wide and must not be placed in client-side code or public repositories.

Resale of access to a line, or of API keys, to third parties is not permitted unless we have agreed it in writing. We do not offer resale partnerships and no page of this site does. Automated use of the API is expected and welcome within the rate limits it returns; attempts to circumvent those limits may be treated as abuse.

4. Plans, prices and activation

Plans are sold for one day, one week or one month on 4G and 5G lines, and by the hour as described in clause 5. Current prices: 4G $5 a day, $29 a week, $66 a month; 5G $6 a day, $33 a week, $77 a month. The 5G+ add-on costs $2 a day, $5 a week, $15 a month or $45 per three months on top of a 5G plan; it describes an average download of 70 Mbps or more on selected 5G lines and is never a guarantee. Prices are in US dollars, exclude any taxes your jurisdiction may impose on you, and may change for future purchases; a plan already paid keeps its price for its term.

Payment is accepted by card, PayPal, Bitcoin, USDT (including TRC-20), Ethereum, Zelle and bank wire. A line is activated when payment is confirmed, which is immediate for cards, PayPal and balance payments and depends on network or bank confirmation for crypto, Zelle and wire. Plan time runs from activation.

5. Hourly plans

Hourly plans cost $2 for the first two hours and $2 for each further hour on 4G, and $3 for the first two hours and $3 for each further hour on 5G, up to four hours per purchase. They never renew automatically. If you keep the same line running for the full day, the hours already paid are counted toward the price of a one-day plan. Hourly plans are not eligible for the 5G+ add-on and are not refunded once started.

6. Renewal, due time and non-payment

Daily, weekly and monthly plans renew automatically from your account balance or saved payment method unless you switch renewal off in the dashboard, which you may do at any time. If a renewal cannot be paid, the line keeps running for 24 hours after the due time. If payment has not arrived by then, the line is suspended for a further 24 hours: credentials stop working and the device and SIM are held for you. At 48 hours after the due time the plan is forfeited and the line returns to stock. We do not pursue unpaid amounts and no debt arises from a lapsed plan.

7. Data and fair use

Plans do not meter data and have no gigabyte allowance. Fair use is defined by heavy days: a heavy day is a line transferring 60 GB or more within one UTC calendar day. Heavy days are counted in total across the plan period, regardless of when they fall. Heavy days one to six are recorded only. On the seventh heavy day you receive a warning in the dashboard, in chat, by email and through the bot. From the eighth heavy day the line is slowed to 20 Mbps until a UTC day passes without reaching 60 GB; a later heavy day slows it again immediately. From the tenth heavy day the line is held at 18 Mbps for the remainder of the plan period. Slowing under this clause is not a fault and is not credited.

8. Rotation, stickiness, moves and speed

You may request a new exit IP as often as you like, by dashboard, API, rotation link, timer or bot. A line can hold a wait between changes, shown as min_time_change_ip in the API, and phone lines have a short cooldown of their own. Left alone, the address stays as long as the carrier keeps it. You may move a line between our metros from the dashboard at no charge as often as needed; the remaining plan time is preserved and the new address belongs to the same carrier in the new metro, and the host and ports may change.

Speeds are stated as upper bounds: up to 25 Mbps download on 4G, up to 50 Mbps on 5G. Actual throughput depends on the carrier, the cell, the time of day and the destination, and is not guaranteed. Carrier geolocation behaviour, including regional hub readings and the Boston AT&T case, is described on the carrier pages and is not a defect.

9. Acceptable use

You may use a line for any lawful purpose that complies with the terms of the services you access through it. You may not use a line to attack, overload or probe systems you do not own or have permission to test; to send unsolicited bulk messages; to commit fraud, impersonation or payment abuse; to access or distribute material that is illegal where you, we or the carrier are located; to create accounts or traffic in violation of a platform's rules; or to interfere with our systems, other customers or the carrier network.

We may suspend or end a line, or an account, when we have reasonable grounds to believe this clause is being breached, after notice where circumstances allow. Plans ended under this clause are not refunded. We respond to abuse complaints and legal demands as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Refunds and credits

Unused plan time is returned as a prorated credit to your balance, calculated as the plan price divided by the plan length multiplied by the whole units (days, or hours for hourly plans) remaining. Within the first 24 hours of a daily, weekly or monthly plan you may instead request a full refund to the original payment method. Downtime caused by our hardware, software or network is credited. An automatic renewal you did not intend is refunded in full if reported within 24 hours and the line has not been used since. Platform blocks, carrier outages, radio conditions and hourly plans once started are not refunded. The Refund Policy gives the detail and the procedure.

11. Availability and support

We aim to keep every line reachable at all times and monitor the fleet continuously, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, since carriers, cells and power are outside our control. Human support is available 24 hours a day, every day, by email at [email protected] and through the Telegram bot at @mobileproxiesus_bot. Support can move a line, reset credentials, confirm a fault and issue credits; it cannot change what a carrier or a third-party website does.

12. Warranty and liability

The service is provided as described on this site and otherwise without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any address will be accepted, classified, geolocated or scored in any way by any third party. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims arising from the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, lost profits, lost data or lost business, however caused.

13. Your responsibilities toward third parties

You are responsible for the content and consequences of the traffic you send through a line, for complying with the terms of every service you access, and for the lawfulness of your use in your jurisdiction. You will indemnify us against claims, costs and losses arising from your breach of these terms or your use of a line. If a carrier or a third party complains about traffic attributable to your line, we may identify the line to them and may require you to stop the activity as a condition of continued service.

14. Intellectual property and content

The website, dashboard, API, documentation and their text, code and design are ours or our licensors' and may not be copied or republished without permission, except that you may use the code examples in our documentation freely in your own systems. You keep all rights to your own data and traffic. We claim no rights over anything that passes through a line.

15. Suspension, termination and survival

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard or by writing to support; unused time is handled under clause 10. We may close an account for breach of these terms, for non-payment under clause 6, or if we withdraw the service from a metro or cease operations, in which case unused time is refunded in full. Clauses 9, 12, 13, 14 and 16 survive termination.

16. Changes, governing law and contact

We may revise these terms. The revision date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are announced in the dashboard before they take effect; continued use after the effective date is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are brought in the courts located in Delaware, unless the law of your residence grants you a non-waivable right to a different forum. If a clause is found unenforceable the remainder stands. Contact: [email protected].

Questions

When exactly does a line stop after a missed renewal?

It runs for 24 hours past the due time, is suspended (credentials off, device held) for the next 24 hours, and is forfeited at 48 hours. Nothing is owed afterwards.

Is there any data allowance?

No. Only the fair-use rule on heavy days applies: 60 GB in one UTC day, counted in total over the plan period, with a warning on the seventh and slowing from the eighth.

Can I share my API key with a contractor?

The key is account-wide and you are responsible for everything done with it. Give it through a secret store, remove it from every system when the engagement ends, and never let it reach client-side code.

Which law applies?

The law of the State of Delaware, with Delaware courts as the forum unless your local law gives you a non-waivable right to another.
