How to read it

A Mobile Proxies US exit IP reports a US mobile carrier as ISP: the address is in the carrier's pool, shared by many real phones via carrier-grade NAT. Location resolution: metro or state, not street level. Two account giveaways: browser time zone disagreeing with the IP; WebRTC candidate exposing your home or office address. Correct those in the browser profile and re-check.
